Your reservation is considered binding once we have received your written or printed request and the deposit of 500€ per room or when your travel cancellation insurance form is returned.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

Something could happen before your holidays that make it impossible for you to travel; protect yourself with our Travel Cancellation Insurance. If you arrive late for your holiday, cannot travel or need to leave early, then according to EU standards, you could receive additional cancellation charges.

For such incidences, we recommend that our guests purchase a Travel Cancellation Insurance, so that any additional charges can be covered by the European travel insurances.
