Your reservation is considered binding once we have received your written or printed request and the deposit of 300€ per room or when your travel cancellation insurance form is returned.

Travel Cancellation Insurance:

If you arrive late for your holiday, cannot travel or need to leave early, then according to EU standards, you could receive additional cancellation charges.
