Our hike leads to the Alpine lodges in Saltria (1.700 m) via the Steger trail with unique views over the splendid natural landscape. Panels along the trail provide information about the specifics of this unique region and are accompanied by the exciting tale of “Partschott”, a saga not only for children!
From Saltria over a forest trail without traffic – a light ascent, with subsequent, gentle, elongated descent – to Hotel Monte Pana (1.636 m) above Santa Cristina in Val Gardena. Then back to Santa Cristina by foot or chair lift.
